Diagnosis

Female scape yellowish-white; ocellar triangle raised above level of remaining vertex; mesoscutum and scutellum metallic bluish-green, mesoscutum with raised and strong reticulation, midlobe with posterior 1/3 with engraved reticulation, scutellum with engraved and weak reticulation; scutellum with medioposterior margin drawn out to a point; femora yellowish-white; forewing speculum open below; female petiole 1.3X as long as wide; gaster with first tergite with medioposterior 1/3 with striae.
